RENOVATION

The goal for this unfinished basement renovation (finishing) was to create a spa-like bathroom and sauna, along with a wine room and entertaining space. 

The focal point of the bathroom includes a floor-to-ceiling Caesarstone shower with a linear drain that transitions seamlessly into the custom sauna.

In the Great Room, a custom wood-panel wall camouflages a pivot door which leads to a hidden storage room. 

A valance was created around the permitter of the space to disguise existing ductwork, allow for recessed motorized blinds, and add a layer of interest and detail to the ceiling.
