Tucked away on a beautifully private treed lot, this Scandinavian-style custom home is completely integrated with nature. 

 

The clients focus was to build on a small footprint and to streamline the house for single floor living while maximizing space.

 

The design incorporates natural elements including wood and stone which are accentuated by white walls, and warm oak cabinets with polished concrete floors.
