REBUILD & ADDITION
Redesigned Main Floor
This home had solid bones, but the layout lacked functionality and the style of the house lacked character. Removing the roof, main floor walls and adding on a garage and extra living space, this home was re-designed to create main floor living, all while maximizing the natural light and weaving in a mid-century design.
Beams and wood ceiling run both inside and outside the home to create a sense of continuity with the outdoor living space. High performance European style tilt and turn windows frame the exterior views while adding year-round comfort.
The kitchen boasts an impressive amount of storage, including multiple built-in pantries and display cabinets. Playful tile choices pay homage to the mid-century design.
