The primary retreat was the final space to be updated in this former show home; the space lacked the modern flare and functionality seen throughout the rest of the home.

Introducing features such as a steam shower, smart toilet and backlit sandblasted mirrors, the updated space creates a luxurious spa-like environment. In the sleeping area, a backlit black “stretch ceiling” reflects the natural light and lake view, while a concrete clad fireplace creates a sense of warmth and intimacy. A custom designed oak bed with floating night tables and wood slat headboard is the main feature of the space. As an added feature, the custom bed frame conceals a television that folds away out of sight when not in use. 

Using natural elements including wood, concrete and glass, the clean lines of the updated primary retreat create a sense of cohesiveness with the remainder of the home.
