Born and raised in the Okanagan, owner Jen Hamilton has extensive experience in the areas of budgeting and financial management, scheduling, as well as exceptional construction trades management and project management skills. Her strengths include subcontractor coordination and communication, uncompromising attention to detail, as well as organization and coordination of project tasks. With transparency across operations and processes, Jen delivers superb customer care, treating each custom home build project as if it were her own. 

 

Following her passion for high performance and sustainable buildings, Jen completed the Passive House Design and Construction Course and continually strives to find ways to incorporate sustainable practices into her projects. She is also a member of the CHBAO Women in Construction Committee and Home Performance Sector Council: Renovation Sector.
